CRYMINAL PREVENTION

The aim of the specialisation is to deepen knowledge and skills in the field of crime prevention and prevention and recognition of factors increasing the risk of various criminal threats and social pathologies.

Depending on the tools used, students analyse criminogenic factors, recognise pathological and pathology-prone environments and develop preventive and prophylactic measures. They learn about the psychological aspects of crime and criminal phenomena and the work of profilers, including methods of profiling an unknown perpetrator and learning about his/her psychological characteristics.
