The teaching profession is increasingly not associated with school and classroom education. A feature of modern educational environments, in fact, is their social openness and the integration of educational services around entities other than the school. Undoubtedly, the future of the pedagogical profession is linked to the dynamic development of other educational, upbringing and caring environments with a dominant role for the pedagogue. A modern and professional educator for the 21st century is a school open to current social problems. Such problems include today, the area of addictions, violence in the family, inability to cope with the requirements of the labour market, lack of skills in dealing with disabled people, lack of meaning in life, depression, anxiety leading to crisis in families. The aim of education on the specialisation School Pedagogy with Crisis Intervention is to prepare professional cadres of school and extracurricular pedagogues who carry out educational and upbringing tasks using modern methodology and digital technology.

CAREER PROSPECTS
Graduate of the Crisis Intervention specialisation is prepared to work in school as a school teacher, after obtaining pedagogical qualifications regulated by separate provisions. He/she can find employment in a school day care centre or community centre. He/she is equipped with modern methods and tools of pedagogical work, which will allow him/her to find employment in institutions running alternative forms of education, remaining outside the system of organised education. The pedagogue of this specialisation can be an important link in the pedagogy of foster family environments, and in the system of helping families experiencing a bonding crisis. During the studies the student acquires knowledge, competences and skills that will enable him/her to work with a child with special educational needs in centres run by social organisations aimed at solving family violence problems. In addition, the graduate has the practical skills to be able to work in intervention, therapeutic and sociotherapeutic institutions.
