GRAPHICS AND MULTIMEDIA TECHNIQUES
DRAFT of specialization
Computer Graphics and Multimedia are the departments of computer science, which is essential in today’s world if you’re working with print materials or visual presentations. It can be done from scratch or using existing photos or illustrations digitized using a scanner, digital camera or camcorder. The aim of the course is to teach the students skills in: modeling of 2D and 3D graphics, graphics programs, graphics applications, as well as types of media and areas of their use. The knowledge and skills gained by the student, allow her to integrate text, audio, graphics, animation and video sequences to create multimedia presentations. In addition, the curriculum includes programming of 2D and 3D graphics and animation on graphical environments, and the use of graphics in computer assisted design and simulation of assembly processes.
