THE IDEA OF SPECIALIZATION
The two-year Bachelor’s degree study on faculty Education, specialization in Labor pedagogy and vocational counseling prepares specialists in the field of decreasing unemployment and increasing labor market participation. Graduates will gain the ability to organize preventive activities for those at risk of becoming the long-term unemployed, by organizing life-long education and professional development plans for unemployed. They learn ways to mobilize and organize local communities. Gain skills in testing Vocational predispositions, career planning, organizing courses and trainings. They receive knowledge of professions, learn the rules of communication and working methods of professional advisors, including school counselors as well as professional qualifications to conduct orientation and retraining both vocational and educational.
