The specialisation is designed for all those interested in the subject of customer relationship management. The specialisation provides knowledge and allows you to acquire skills in the field of building long-term relationships with customers. Graduates will acquire knowledge and skills in, among other things, creating effective commercial strategies with a focus on quality and a relational approach to the counterparty, customer or business partner. The specialisation educates specialists for marketing, sales and customer service departments, people responsible for implementing new sales strategies. The specialisation is also dedicated to the formation of sales representatives to revise sales strategies towards customer focus, including the individualisation of offers and marketing programmes, and the acquisition of skills in the implementation, use and maintenance of CRM information systems.
