The specialisation educates specialists for marketing, sales and customer service departments, people responsible for implementing new sales strategies. The specialisation is also dedicated to the formation of sales representatives to revise sales strategies towards customer focus, including the individualisation of offers and marketing programmes, and the acquisition of skills in the implementation, use and maintenance of CRM information systems.
