DRAFT OF SPECIALIZATION
The aim of the studies in the M.A. in Internal Security specialisation is to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of mechanisms of functioning of state bodies and public administration in the area of forecasting threats and building state defence potential, interpretation and evaluation of phenomena and processes occurring in the functioning of the non-military system as a link in the defence system, creation of state defence policy in the national, international and allied dimension.
Completion of studies in this specialisation will enable you to understand the functioning of the armed forces and state bodies and public administration in the event of crisis and war, gain skills of analysing and interpreting situations and events from the point of view of military threats and building state defence capabilities.

CAREER PROSPECTS
The specialisation in National Defence prepares graduates to work in organisational units of public administration, business entities and other organisational units dealing with defence issues in a broad sense. The knowledge and skills acquired will enable graduates to take up employment in the armed forces, central and local government administration, defence industry enterprises, business entities, non-governmental and pro-defence organisations and other institutions whose activities are aimed at ensuring the implementation of tasks in the area of security and defence, including support for the military subsystem in order to strengthen the state’s defence potential.
