Integration rally to the Świętokrzyskie Mountains

Despite the cloudy weather, the participants of the integration hiking rally to the Świętokrzyskie Mountains were in a good mood. The name of these mountains comes from the relics of the Holy Cross kept in the monastery on Łysa Góra.

We started our adventure with a hike to the Piekiełko Cave, then through the forest we went to the Stokówka Gorge. During an hour-long walk we could feel what real climbing is like. The next stage of our rally was Miedzianka. It is a peak in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains, measuring 354 m above sea level. It is included in the Crown of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains and is one of the most interesting hills. It took less than 10 minutes to reach the top. After descending, we had a barbecue, it was an amazing opportunity to integrate, get to know each other and eat sausages. However, this is not the end of our trip. We got on the bus and went to the picturesque town of Chęciny. After reaching the place, we had to climb the stairs to get to the Castle, from where there was a beautiful view of the surrounding area. On this nice note, full of optimism and hope for further meetings, we returned to Radom.

We would like to thank all participants for taking part in the rally and we are already planning another surprises for students in the future 🙂
