The specialisation in Staff Recruitment and Personnel Policy prepares students for positions that are related to the creation and implementation of optimal personnel policy in a company through appropriately adapted recruitment processes. The specialisation aims at the graduates’ acquiring the ability to design the recruitment process and conduct effective selection interviews, as well as gaining and perfecting skills in the following areas: preparing a selection procedure, creating a profile of professional requirements for any job position, dealing with various personnel selection situations, purposeful analysis of applications (CVs) sent by candidates, conducting selection interviews, and avoiding errors in candidate assessment. Acquisition of these skills is essential to properly implement HR policy in an organisation. The class will also be enriched with issues related to the social and psychological rules of how people function in organisations.
